L02 The analysis
What the rental analysis covers.
A short, written review of your property as a rental. Useful whether you hire us, self-manage or are deciding whether to sell.
Achievable rent
An estimated rent range based on comparable rentals nearby and the condition of your property.
Readiness
Repairs or updates worth making before the next lease, and those that are not worth the money.
Rules that apply
Which rent and eviction rules are likely to apply, so you can plan around them rather than discover them later.

L06 Owner questions
Owner questions.
Can you take over a property that already has residents?
Yes. We review the existing leases and deposit records, notify residents in writing of the change in management and how to pay rent, and pick up any open maintenance.
What types of property do you manage?
Single-family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes to fourplexes, and apartment buildings up to mid-size complexes across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.
How are repairs approved?
Your agreement sets a repair limit. Routine work below it is handled promptly; anything above it comes to you first with a recommendation. Emergencies that threaten safety or the building are addressed immediately and reported to you.
How much does management cost?
Fees depend on the property type, size and condition, and are set out in writing before you sign anything. The rental analysis is free.
What is the term of the management agreement?
We will walk you through the agreement term and cancellation terms before you sign.
