L02 Our approach
How we work.
Property management is a service business. These principles guide every building we take on.
Answer the phone
Owners and residents reach a person during office hours, and get a call back when we say they will.
Keep clean books
Every dollar in and out is recorded, explained and visible to the owner in a monthly statement.
Think long term
Good residents, well-kept buildings and sensible repairs protect a property’s value over decades, not quarters.
L03 Our team
The people behind Vertigo Group.
Founded by Ararat Ghahramanyan, Vertigo Group is a focused team: the same people from the first call to the monthly statement.
Every property we manage has a manager who knows the building, the residents and the numbers. Owners have one point of contact who answers the phone. Residents have an office that is open six days a week and follows every request through to the end. When it is time to buy or sell, the people who manage your property are the ones who advise you on it.
“Vertigo Group made owning rental property simple again. Tenants are placed quickly, repairs are handled without me chasing anyone, and every month I get a statement I actually understand.”Samvel · Property owner
